Partner regions have defined the first regional benchmarking toolkit, the first draft definition of common methdology and indicators on each of the four domains.
Partners have been working to put in place a complete toolkit version. It is made up of a complete set of indicators on four domains, of multilingual questionnaires to collect data, of detailed instructions to use the kit.
The complete handbook is available for partners on the website, while a "lite" version will be downloadable soon for non-partners.
Non partners regions, observatories, research bodies and development agencies are invited to test and validate the toolkit.
