19-20 July 04 - Third partners' meeting - The Benchmarking tool-kit

	Partners will meet in Spain on Monday 19/ Tuesday 20th of July. The meeting will be held in Alicante. The aim of this third meeting is to define the methodology to collect data in the most effective way and to provide Partners with the benchmarking tool-kit by June 30th.
