New Partner Regions carrying out Understand Surveys

	After the UNDERSTAND Steering Committee decision to treat as full partners joining Regions, Apulia and Tuscany (IT Regions) have carried out the second round of Understand surveys. Apulia and Tuscany will therefore attend as full members the Understand meeting in Bologna. They used the Understand methodology to carry out the surveys in respectively in e-government domain, e-business and broadband domains for Apulia and enterprises for Tuscany. That will be a great chance to empower the benchmarking exercise within the Understand Project.
