Partner regions has defined the first regional benchmarking toolkit, the first draft definition of common methdology and indicators on each of the four domains. Non partner regions can soon download and validate a lite version of the methodology handbook, with indicators on each domain.
It will be available in this website for free download by November, 22nd.
If you want to receive it sooner, please ask to info@understand-eu.net.
Any European Region, after downloading the handbook lite, can validate the list of indicators by answering to an on-line feed back questionnaire.
Non-partner regions can have the complete handbook in case they answer the feed back questionnaire published online. After this they will be asked to sign a commitment letter, declaring that they will follow the Understand approach (so that the comparability of the results will be ensured), they will not modify the kit and they will input data in the DB Partner.
