	Partners met in Alicante to define the definitive first version of the Benchmarking tool-kit. Each WG leader presented and discussed indicators and methodology of sample and data collection, questionnaires. With the contribution of each partner, the Benchmarking tool-kit was approved and ready for use. The meeting agenda suggested discussion also about the on-line DB and administrative issues.
