The HANDBOOK LITE is a summary of the handbook, containing indicators and notes on data collection methods. It is available on the web for free download for European regions and research bodies.

Non-partner regions are invited to test and validate the UNDERSTAND methodology.

Non-partner regions can have the complete handbook, provided they answer the feedback questionnaire and sign the MEMORANDUM of COOPERATION, declaring that they will follow the UNDERSTAND approach (so that the comparability of the results will be ensured).
