Partner Description: The Information Society Evaluation Unit (ISEU) is based at the European Business Management School, University of Wales, Swansea. It was initially established by the Cymru Ar-lein division of the National Assembly for Wales to evaluate its Information Society strategy for the country. The unit currently consists of two members of the Business School (Paul Beynon-Davies and Michael D. Williams) two research assistants and one funded research student. As part of its evaluation work for Cymru Ar-Lein, the unit is engaged in a series of short research projects, which aim to collect baseline data pertaining to the status of the Information Society in Wales. This data is defined by a key performance indicator framework, which has been developed by members of the unit for the Cymru Ar-lein strategy.
