All projet outputs are targeted at policy-makers and bodies involved in supporting and implementing public policies in the field of Information Society and Regional Development. Target is therefore specialist and will be reached by presentations to seminars and conferences, dissemination via web of project outputs, distribution of material at public events.

The first International Conference took place in Bruxelles on the 17th of March, 2005.
