The main public deliverables of the project are:

• the project website
• 2 International conferences (1 day, focus on benchmarking results, target regional governments units and observatories on Information Society)
• the Methodological Handbook
• the final Results Report

Partners have selected 4 benchmarking domains. For each domain a survey methodology and operational definition of indicators is produced.
The main expected outputs in the field of indicator definition are:

• 1 first version benchmarking toolkit of agreed common indicators for benchmarking
• 1 handbook lite for non partner regions to be validated
• 1 Final benchmarking toolkit of agreed common indicators for benchmarking

The operational definition of e-indicators should be shared and agreed by at least two thirds of the partners.

All data collected with surveys are inputted in a web-based tool which enables interregional data analysis and comparison. The DB will lower benchmarking costs for all interested regions together with the tool-kit.
The main output is the benchmarking db, in particular developed through the following steps:

• first design of the DB
• prototype
• test
• final version published with data from surveys.
